  They sold me n over a 100$ shock collar . With the elevator pitch “I have this one on my dog at home it’s great etc.” I buy it and three months later it’s falling apart on my dogs neck . Prod fell off and lost ( who knows if my dog swallowed itheven forbid)it doesn’t even beep anymore any more. My dog is indoor small/medium breed and doesn’t rough house or anything to make this collar fall apart like it did .I took it back with the box and receipt and was informed they don’t even carry it anymore so even if they wanted to they couldn’t replace it . Wouldn’t give me a refund or store credit . They sold me a collar that was discontinued for obvious problems . So they could have shelf space for the new model. It was such a joke I’ll never go back . And I’ve spent hundreds at their store on food and treats and leashes and harnesses Etc. I’ll tell everyone I know to always go to petsmart jus down the street Next to Walmart ;)
